The member services team focuses on increasing the digital talent of our industry and supporting the widespread adoption of TM Forum’s Open Digital Framework (ODF). We do this through education programs which develop skills and expertise in ODF standards, frameworks and best practices, and by providing conformance certification for eTOM, SID and Open APIs. The mission of the team is to support our industry’s professionals in developing the skills they need to establish their careers in the digital age, and to help every TM Forum member deliver the benefits of ODF for their own organizations and for the wider industry.”

TM Forum’s research and media team helps our members to think about major trends in the market through regular news analysis, research reports and webinars. By producing approximately 40 research reports a year and reaching 90,000 subscribers with our weekly newsletter, we showcase the work of our members and the Forum with a powerful wide-reaching voice.
